If you find yourself, dear reader, using that many products to achieve “no-makeup makeup”…don’t you think you might as well just go for makeup makeup?

And if I’m going to shell out for La Mer, it ought to look like I have makeup on. Just my cheapskate opinion.
Linda33 06.09.08 at 10:00 pm: It’s so weird to me that, while I can’t see every detail, it doesn’t appear to me that any of that stuff is Benefit, and when I think about makeup that improves my appearance without making me look like I’m wearing a lot of makeup, I think of Benefit.

And, for real, if you’re going for “no-makeup makeup,” you don’t need to wear mascara.

Pud38 06.21.08 at 5:28 pm: I ain’t gonna lie, I may do a neutral look, but I spackle it on pretty much Mon - Friday. A no makeup look is what I do on Saturday when all I do is wash my face and *maybe* use some lip palm.
