Has anyone done it? Is it worth it? Is it smart? Because, you guys, I am so over mascara clumps.

Did it for about a year after I tried it for my wedding. I have blonde hair and lashes, and hated wearing makeup. Every morning I would just curl the lashes. Loved it.

When I got my hair cut they would just brush the stuff on and I would stay at the shampoo station with my eyes closed for 5 minutes. Very effortless and painfree…

I don’t need lash tinting, since mine are very dark, but I secretly long for eyelash extensions. I KNOW, it is ridiculous and not good for your real lashes and expensive, but I love the idea of waking up and looking like I have false lashes on.

I only did it once because man, did it BURN my eyes as the aesthetician washed off the dye! I thought I was blinded for life. But the pain went away in a few minutes, and the effect was pretty cool. So, I guess you can compare it to waxing – a few minutes of pain in exchange for a nice look for a few weeks.

My lashes are strawberry blonde, and I was all excited to try lash tinting. Unfortunately, it didn’t plump or extend my lashes like mascara seems to do — it just looked like I had one coat of thin, brown mascara on my lashes. I’ve tried it twice since (that makes three different spas/estheticians), and it’s had the same effect. :(

I *do* get my blonde brows tinted to match my auburn hair, and it looks awesome.

I do remember thinking that after I had been doing it regularly for a while that they started to look thicker (I also never had any stinging)…just FYI my spa uses Aveda products.

You’ve seen mine. You know how lush they are. These babies didn’t come natural. I say go for it.
